How we work

We have a 4 stage development process that we tend to follow to ensure there are no gaps left in our work. Every stage is as crucial as the other. The team leaders are responsible to ensure that every stage is passed through them before moving onto the next stage.

Stage 1

When we receive your query, we ask you to fill in our online quotation request form. At this stage we determine your objectives, requirements and all other aspects relating to your project. If everything is clear and no more information is required from you, we will reply back to you and advice on the costs and timeframe required to complete your project.

Once the terms of project are agreed upon between us, we will ask you to make an initial payment of 50% of the total cost. You will be asked to make this payment via Pay Pal. Once payment is received the team will then prepare a comprehensive work plan and move on to the implementation stage.

Stage 2

This is the stage where the designers will start implementing ideas on the project. They endeavor to produce some visuals which will illustrate the likely look, feel and features of your web site. Although there will not be any functionality at this stage, changes can be made according to your preferences. We will only move to the next stage once you are happy with the design. 

Stage 3

We will now start developing the web site. Our web programmers will assist developers in creation and integration of codes for web pages and databases. We will email you on a regular basis to keep you up to date with the progress of your project.

Stage 4


At this stage our team leaders will audit your web site and run several tests on the server to determine its overall performance. This will ensure that any possible errors are identified and fixed before the web site goes live.

SEO Stage

We will encourage you to list your web site with all major search engines and directories. Our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) consultants will also be able to take care of this aspect on your behalf.  Web site optimization will improve your page ranking as well as increasing traffic to your website. Ongoing care

It just doesn't finish there. We will help you with matters relating to the project even after the project has been delivered to you. The support team is specifically trained to provide excellent ongoing assistance to all clients. We are available to you during working hours. All you have to do is email us with details of the query and we'll take care of the rest.
